Registered Safety & Health Officer (Green Book holder) with DOSH
3–5 years relevant working experience
Valid CIDB card and NIOSH-TENAGA Leader Safety Passport (NTSLP)
Basic First Aid certification
Proficient in:
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
SO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management
OHSAS 18001:2007 – Health & Safety Management
Strong communication, reporting, and MS Office skills
Experience in TNB-related projects is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures
Conduct HIRARC, JSA, safety audits, and emergency drills
Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, and CIDB standards
Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture on-site

Prior experience or knowledge of underground cable installations is highly valued.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
Prepare essential project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and other critical documents.
Work closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure seamless project implementation.
Address administrative issues and help keep the project moving forward smoothly.
